I am pleased to announce that work will begin on a 20-month contract for the drain/sanitary lines and roads in Blocks 1 and 2 in Mangaf. They have started the measuring and digging will commence May 1st.
These men from the compny doing the work were working an hour ago on sight.

The poor chap… He must’ve been shocked at the reception. When I saw him, someone had just finished talking to him (and he made hime show maps and more) and while I was speaking with him and taking photos, three other people stopped.
I wonder how many people he had to answer today

According to the plans I’ve seen there are houses and a garden (small park). These are old plans and they’re about 90% accurate from what I’ve seen so far.

I don’t think they’ve dug anywhere yet. They were measuring outside my door yesterday. Apparently the order is that Rain Water Lines go in first, followed by the Sewage. I don’t know when the MOE come in with their water pipes? then the roads!
I saw some work by the pipeline area but that may be for the fence they’ve been planning.
