I found this document on the Parliament’s website. According to the minutes of meeting for Kuwait’s plan, Mangaf’s roads are planned to start (tendering etc which we have already seen) in 2008 and complete by 2011.

You’re right. I don’t like moaning but Mangaf is probably the only inhabited area in Kuwait without infrastructure and roads. It’s starting to get on my nerves how slow things move!

Try the old n tested WW -Wasta way. Spread the word, ask your Dad or Uncles to get i fixed.

I’m afraid that in 2011 we will still be digging for news about “coming streets”..
it is really sad specially when comparing it to Eqaila…
by the way did u see the surrounded area next to sultan center “markaz dha7ya el manqaf” is this a real jam3eya? or what..
