Life Lines

March 21, 2008
These really are lifelines for many people in my area of Mangaf. To be able to have been connected over the past two years (before wireless internet was available) was really really needed. It is only possible because of our proximity to the existing MAngaf telephone exchange.

They do look ugly but thank god they’re temporary. I’ve seen these all over the world (Eurpoe included) where they are used as the standard connection erected in front of houses and offices.

It’s in Kuwait. 35km south of the capital, Do you know where the Hilton Resort is? This and west of it is Mangaf.

    Thanks for your comments.
