This year, someone had the thought of laying used road surface all over the main routes in Blocks 1 and 2. It rained heavily ten minutes after this shot was taken and I was still able to drive around – without needing an ex-army vehicle.
It’s great to see that this area was not completely forgotten.
I want to personally thank the person responsible for this excellent pre-emptive move.

I think it made everything worse. Very bumpy now. It took a lot of work and gravel for this job, why not just give us REAL ROADS?!?!?!

I agree about the bumpy ride…. but honestly I’ve seen the mess last year and the previous year (whe we were looking for a house) and there were areas I just couldn’t reach.
Let’s hope it’s not too long before “real roads” are here.
