Whether you live in Mangaf or have visited someone there you will know for a fact that the image currently on Google Earth is quite out of date. In fact I live in a house in Block 1 and the whole cluster of houses in my immediate area including mine appear as sand!
I post this picture and will, god willing, one day refer back to this with a more up-to-date version.
If you look on the coastline, the Hilton resort is clearly visible.
